The Tailoring Breakup
Tailoring, baby, we have to talk. I know things have been hard lately, and we haven’t been having the best of times.
No, please don’t start crying! We started off well, but it hasn’t been good for a while. Putting Tailoring on a level 58 Deathknight bank alt? That was dumb. I shouldn’t have done that. It was just to take advantage of the Netherweave Bag trick. But that was a long time ago, when I was trying to start up on a new server, and cloth was cheap. Netherweave was 4g/stack back then, and bags were selling for 9g each. That’s when we started our time together, we did a few runs through RFC, I never had to leave Orgrimmar, and all the sudden, you were level 340.
But now, things are different. It hasn’t been good lately. I’m swimming in cloth that I bought for 5g/stack, and the bags are selling for less than 7g each. It just isn’t what it used to be. And it takes 15 seconds to make a bag, plus the time that it takes to turn the cloth into bolts… it isn’t working out.
No, it’s not you, it’s me! I swear! No, what?! I haven’t been talking to Blacksmithing late at night. I broke up with her a long time ago. Although, that tempting mistress Inscription has been flirting with me a bit. I’m sorry, but she just looks so good! All of her Runescrolls and Inks… they have me in a bit of a tizzy. I know that she’s been around a bit, but the goblins like her, even if she can be difficult and a little high-maintenance.
I’m sorry Tailoring, baby, but I just can’t do it anymore. We might have a chance sometime in the future, if I can ever level a priest. But until then, we have to go our separate ways. The thrill is gone, and I think it’s better this way.
We’ll always have the Netherweave Bags. /WipeAwayASingleTear
