Pretty Please, With Sugar On Top, Fix the Undermine Journal
I already wrote one post today, so check it out if you haven’t already. But I just recently got the news that the great Undermine Journal has been submarined by Blizzards recent changes to the Armory, and transition to battle.net.
I immediately thought of Winston Wolf. Why? Because he’s the guy we need to get this fixed. The Undermine Journal is a great site, it’s exceptionally well designed and conceived, and there’s no reason it has to be broken. In fact, it’s infuriating that such an elegant tool is now broken. It’s also stupid, because Blizz lost ten (yeah, count them… ten!) subscriptions, as the characters were no longer necessary to feed the site information.
So, to paraphrase the Wolf, I’ll ask Blizzard just once: pretty please, with sugar on top, fix the effing Undermine Journal.

Couldn’t agree more. I miss the UMJ very much. It seems silly that Blizzard reduced the results of the Armory in such a way. Only 200 returns for say a common product like Linen Cloth or anything else that can have easily over 300 posts is very inconvenient in general.
This site (UMJ) is what made me actually get the Armory. Nothing was better publicity for the Additional addon price.

I am realy bummed because I just found this site at cata launch. I credit it for helping me make over 1k gold with only 1 hour of farming. I was able to see exactly when peak selling times were and optimized my posts. I just have the time to gather the data on my own and with umj it did all the work for me. Hope to see it come back.
